A meeting of the Koli community
Dadar (Representative): Recently, regarding the pending issues of Worli-Koliwada, in the presence of MLA and BJP Mumbai Regional President Ashish Shelar, a meeting of Koliwada residents and members of organizations was held at Dr. Dharmaji Kharude Market Hall in Century Bazar. Shelar interacted with the attendees regarding the problems of the citizens of Worli Koliwada. He said, 'The Koli community should give me their demands in writing. I will give it to the Revenue Minister Chandrakant Patil. If he ignores it I will myself present it in the session. Even though I am an MLA from one area, I will definitely listen to the demands of all the Kolis in Mumbai and I will help them in every possible way.'
The meeting organized by the committee was attended by the members of Koli community in large numbers.

दादर (बातमीदार) : वरळी-कोळीवाड्याच्या प्रलंबित प्रश्नांबाबतनुकतीच आमदार व भाजप मुंबई प्रदेशाध्यक्ष आशीष शेलारयांच्या उपस्थितीत सेंच्युरी बाजारातील डॉ. धर्माजी खरुडे मार्केटसभागृहात कोळीवाड्यातील रहिवासी आणि संघटनांच्या सदस्यांचीबैठक झाली. वरळी-कोळीवाड्यातीळ नागरिकांच्या समस्यांबाबतशेलार यांनी उपस्थितांशी संवाद साधला. कोळी बांधवांच्या मागण्यात्यांनी लेखी स्वरूपात मला द्याव्यात. त्या मी महसूलमंत्री चंद्रकांतपादीळ दळ यांना देईन, त्यांच्याकडून याबाबत दुर्लक्ष झाल्यास मी स्वत:त्यॉ* अधिवेशनात त्या मांडेन. मी आमदार एका विभागाचा'जरीआहहे असलो तरी मुंबईतील सर्व कोळी बांधवांच्या मागण्यांचा नक्कीब्रिचार करेन आणि माझ्याकडुन सर्वतोपरी मदत केली जाईल, असे
