Mumbai, 30: Fishing boats in Worli Koliwada today blocked the coastal road work for some time. The Koli community has demanded to increase the distance between the two pillars of the road. However, it was appreciated by the Mahapalika administration. Because of this, today the Koli community took an aggressive stance and stopped the work of the ferry route several times. They alleged that the barge was also damaging the nets.
The Worli-Nariman Point corollary route is falling in the sea, in the fishing route of around two hundred boats in Worli Koliwada. The Koli community has demanded that the distance between the pillars should be kept at 200 meters where boats have access to the sea. However, the administration has kept a gap of 60 meters in the plan. It has been debated for many years. Now that work has started in this area, the Koli community has become more aggressive. Fishermen moored their boats in the coastal road work area. So the work stopped for some time. The Koli community is demanding re-planning of 140 meters of the 10-km route. However, displeasure is being expressed as it is not being completed.

वरळी कोळीवाड्यात भरसमुद्रा नौका
मुंबई, ता. ३० : वरळीकोळीवाड्यातील मासेमारी नौकांनीआज सागरी किनारी मार्गाचे कामकाही काळ रोखून धरले. मार्गाच्यादोन पिलरमंधीळ अंतर वाढवण्याचीमागणी कोळी समाजाने केली आहे.मात्र, महापाळिका प्रशासनाकडूनदाद दिली जात. नसल्याने आजकोळी समाजाने आक्रमक भूमिकाघेत भरसमुद्रात नौका नेत मार्गाचेकाम काही वेळं बंद पाडले. बार्जमुळेजाळ्याचेही नुकसान होत असल्याचाआरोप त्यांनी केला.
वरळो कोळीवाड्यातील दोनशेच्याआसपास नौकांचा मासेमारीचा मार्गअसलेल्या समुद्रात वरळी ते नरिमनपॉईटर्यंतच्या.करिलारी मार्गाचा पिल्लर येत आहे. नौकांचा समुद्रात जाण्याचामार्ग असलेल्या ठिकाणी पिलरमधीलअंतर दोनशे मीटर ठेवण्याची मागणीकोळी समाजाची आहे. मात्र,प्रशासनाने आराखड्यात ६० मीटरचेअंतर ठेवले आहे. त्यावरून अनेक वर्षेवाद सुरू आहे. आता या भागात कामसुरू झाल्याने कोळी समाज अधिकचआक्रमक झाला आहे. मच्छीमारांनीकिनारी मार्गाचे काम सुरू असलेल्याभागात त्यांच्या नौका उभ्या केल्या.त्यामुळे काम काही काळ ठप्प झाले.कोळी समाज १० किलोमीटरच्यामार्गापैकी १४० मीटरच्या भागाचाआराखडा बदलण्याची मागणी करतआहे. मात्र, ती पूर्ण होत नसल्यानेनाराजी.व्यक्‍त.करण्यात येत आहे.
