Will find a way forward in the Coastal Road situation: Guardian Minister Aslam Sheikh assures Koli fishermen

Malad, 1th1 (Correspondent): Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray's ambitious coastal road pillars in Mumbai are drawing displeasure from local fishermen in Worli Koliwada. On October 30, the local fishermen protested by blocking the work of this road, alleging that the Coastal Road Authority was unfairly being given a free hand. Now Mumbai Guardian Minister Aslam Sheikh has assured a solution in this regard.
Sheikh said, ‘Coastal road work is currently underway. We have heard what the Koli community of Worli have to say about it. I will talk to state environment minister Aditya Thackeray and Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray on this issue. He has assured that he will resolve it soon. He further said that he has appealed to the Koli brothers to withdraw from the agitation. Do not do further work until we take a decision after informing the Municipal Corporation, the Koli community said they have no objection to this coastal road. Guardian Minister Sheikh also said that they have some specific but valid demands, we will discuss them and find a solution.
"Trust the fishermen"
Prabhadevi (Correspondent): The Nationalist Congress Fishermen Cell has demanded through a statement to Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray that while giving permission for any project in Koliwadas and Gaothans, the local fishermen should be taken into confidence and their participation should be taken and the fishermen should be rehabilitated as per the 2013 Act. Koliwadas and Gaothans in Mumbai and suburbs have been demarcated. Still the question has been raised from this statement as to why Koliwadas, Koliwada worksites and fishing sites that have not been not shown on the Coastal Zone Management Plan.

मालाड, ता. ११ (बातमीदार) :मुख्यमंत्री उद्धव ठाकरे यांचा मुंबईतीलमहत्त्वाकांक्षी कोस्टल रोडच्या(समुद्री मार्ग) खांबांमुळे वरळी'कोळीवाड्यातील स्थानिक मच्छीमारबांधवांमधून नाराजी व्यक्‍त होत आहे.कोस्टळ रोड प्राधिकरण. मनमानीकारभार करत असल्याचा आरोपकरून येथील स्थानिक मच्छीमारांनी३० ऑक्टोबरला या रस्त्याचे कामबंद पाडून आंदोलन केले होते.याबाबत आता मुंबईचे पालकमंत्रीअस्लम शेख यांनी तोडगा काढण्याचेआश्‍वासन दिले आहे.
कोस्टल रोडचे काम सध्या सुरूआहे. वरळीतील कोळी बांधवांचेत्यावर काय म्हणणे आहे ते ऐकूनघेतले आहे. राज्याचे पर्यावरण मंत्रीआदित्य ठाकरे आणि मुख्यमंत्री उद्धवठाकरे यांच्याशी मी या विषयावरबोलणार आहे. लवकरच त्यावरतोडगा काढू, असे आश्‍वासन त्यांनीदिले आहे. ते पुढे म्हणाले, की कोळीबांधवांना आंदोलनातून माघार घेण्याचेआवाहन केले आहे. महापालिकेलाहीसूचना करून जोपर्यंत आमचा निर्णयहोत नाही तो पर्यंत पुढचे काम करूनका, या कोस्टल रोडला कोळोबांधवांचा बिरोध नाही. त्यांच्याकाही ठराविक मागण्या आहेत, त्यायोग्य आहेत, त्यावर चर्चा करूनतोडगा काढू, असेही पालकमंत्रीशेख म्हणाले.
“मच्छीमारांनाबिश्‍वासात घ्या'
प्रभादेवी (बातमीदार) :कोळीबाडे आणि गावठाणांमध्येकोणत्याही प्रकल्पास परवानगीदेताना स्थानिक मच्छीमारांनाविश्‍वासात घेऊन त्यामध्ये त्यांचासहभाग करावा व २०१३ च्याकायद्यानुसार मच्छीमारांचे पुनर्वसनकरण्यात यावे, अशी मागणीराष्ट्रवादी काँग्रेस मच्छीमार सेलनेमुख्यमंत्री उद्धव ठाकरे यांच्याकडेनिवेदनाद्वारे केली आहे. मुंबई आणिउपनगरातील कोळीवाडे आणिगावठाणांचे सीमांकन झाले आहे.तरीही कोळीवाडे, कोळीवाड्याच्या.बहीवाटीच्या जागा, मासेमारीव्यवसायाच्या जागा कोस्टल झोनमॅनेजमेंट प्लॅनवर का दाखविल्यानाहीत, असा सवाल या प्रत्रातूनउपस्थित करण्यात आला आहे.

घटस्फोटित पत्नीचीपतीकडून हत्या
चेंबूर, ता. १९ (बातमीदार) :घटस्फोट होऊनही माझ्याशी बोलतनाही, याचा राग मनात धरून पतीनेघटस्फोटित पत्नीची चाकूने वार करूनहत्या केल्याची घटना चेंबरमध्येबुधवारी (ता. १०) घडली. आकांक्षाखरटमोल (२१) असे मृत महिलेचेनाव आहि. याप्रकरणी चेंबूरच्याआरसीएफ पोलिसांनी अक्षय आठवले(२५) याला अटक केली आहे.
आकांक्षाचा अक्षय याच्यासोबतडिसेंबर २०१९ ला प्रेमविवाह झालाहोता. अक्षय लग्न होऊनही कित्येकमहिने काम करीत नसल्याने यादोघांचा घटस्फोट झाला. त्यामुळेआकांक्षा आपल्या माहेरी राहत होती.ती साई हॉस्पिटलमध्ये कामाला होती.बुधवारी सकाळी १० च्या सुमारासघराजवळून रिक्षा पकडून ती कामालाजात असताना, अक्षयने तिचादुचाकीने पाठलाग केला. तसेच रिक्षाभररस्त्यावर अडवून तिच्यावर धारदारहत्याराने वार केले. यात ती जबरजखमी झालो होती.
