A mighty mess in the coastal road work
DPR of Mumbai Coastal Road is all wrong, a real mess. The analysis was not done properly while doing this DPR. The CAG has reprimanded the environment degradation and lack of awareness towards the environment, said Advocate Ashish Shelar, BJP MLA.
Mumbai, 7th: The Municipal Corporation is deliberately creating confusion in the coastal road work, which is an ambitious project of the Shiv Sena. There has been a huge scam in Coastal Road and consultants, contractors have been given extra money illegally. BJP MLA Advocate Ashish Shelar alleged that CAG also reprimanded them in this matter.
215 crores 65 lakh rupees have been diverted in the name of consultants and contractors in coastal road work. Not only this, 142 crores and 19 lakhs were paid to the contractor without any work being done. The CAG report revealed these matters, said Shelar. The then Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis worked to speed up the coastal road, which is very important for Mumbaikars, but now there is confusion and chaos in this project.
The questions raised indicate that bills were issued illegally for contractors and consultants in this work. Shelar accused them of looting Mumbaikars of their money.
All accusations are baseless!
Mumbai 7th: There is no confusion or irregularity in the coastal road project being constructed by the Municipal Corporation. Accordingly, the allegations being circulated have been rejected by the municipal administration, clearly stating that there is no truth in them and they are completely baseless.
The coastal road project report was published on the municipal website in 2015. Messrs. Strup and E.Y. This DPR fixed by May. Frishman Prabhu has carefully verified. Transportational points have been analysed in this DPR. It has also been submitted to the Maharashtra Coastal Zone Management Authority and the Central Ministry of Environment and Climate Change. No fish drying site or any Koli or fishermen colony has been affected by the coastal road project. The municipality has specified that if the Supreme Court grants permission to develop a park, a cycle path, butterfly park etc, the municipality can implement this accordingly.

उपस्थित केलेले प्रश्‍न हेच सांगातायत,की या कामात नेकायदारित्या बिलेदेण्यात आली. कंत्राटदार आणिसल्लागारांसाठी । मुंबईकरांच्यापैशांची लूट केल्याचा आरोप शेलारयांनी केला.

मुंबई ता ७: महापालिकेच्यावतीने बांधण्यात येतअसलेल्या कोस्टल रोड प्रकल्पाच्याकामांमध्ये कोणतीही अफरातफरअथवा अनियमितता झालेली नाही.याअनुषंगाने प्रसारित होत असलेल्याआरोपांमध्ये कोणतेही तथ्य नसून तेपूर्णपणे निराधोर आहेत, असे स्पष्टनमूद करुन सदरचे आरोप महापालिकाप्रशासनाने फेटाळले आहेत.
, कोस्टल रोड प्रकल्पाचा अहबाल२०१५ मध्ये महापालिकेच्यासंकेतस्थळावर प्रकाशित करण्यात आला होता. मे.स्ट्प आणि इ.वाय.यांनी .निश्‍चित केलेला हाडीपीआर मे. फ्रिशमॅनप्रभू यांनीबारकाईने पडताळला आहे. याडोपीआरमध्ये वाहतूक . मुद्यांचेविश्लेषण केले आहे. महाराष्ट्र सागरीकिनारा क्षेत्र व्यवस्थापन प्राधिकरण आणि केंद्रीय पर्यावरण व बने आणि वातावरणीय बदल पंत्रालयालादेखील सादर केला आहे. कोस्टळ रोड प्रकल्पामुळे मासे वाळवण्याची कोणतीही जागा किंवा कोणतीहीमच्छीमार, कोळी वसाहत बाधित झालेलो नाहो. भराव जागे जा विनियोगहोण्यासाठी सुमारे ७० हेक्‍टर जागेवर हरित क्षेत्र विकास अंतर्गत उद्यान, सायकल मार्गिका, फुळपाखरु उद्यानइत्यादी विकसित करण्यासाठीसर्वोच्च न्यायालयाने . परवानगीदिल्यास त्यानुसार अंमलबजावणीकरता येईल असे ही पालिकेने ;स्पष्ट क्रेळे आहे. |
