Mumbai, 6: The issue in the fishing route on the Coastal Road from Nariman Point to Worli is still not resolved. Even in the joint meeting held by Aditya Thackeray, Guardian Minister of Mumbai Suburbs and Worli MLA, and Guardian Minister of Mumbai Aslam Sheikh, no decision could be taken on it. Now Aditya Thackeray has demanded a direct inspection along with the fishing community.

Some experts supported the demand for a distance of two hundred meters between the pillars. But Commissioner Iqbal Singh Chahal objected to it. He mentioned that this could be the personal opinion of that particular expert.
In the meeting, Fishermen of Worli Koliwada requested that the distance between the two pillars be kept at 200 meters. But the municipal administration proposed that the distance be 60 meters. Due to this, the Koli community has started a strong agitation claiming that the passage for fishing will be closed. Employment in some areas has also been affected. Aditya Thackeray today through an audio-visual medium, held a meeting with the representatives of the Koli community in the presence of Municipal Commissioner Iqbal Singh Chahal.
In the meeting, the Koli community demanded that the distance between the pillars should be kept at 200 meters. The position of the municipal commissioner was that construction in other areas should not be blocked except the disputed area. The Koli community has objected to it. Any change in plan after commencement of construction. It could not be done, so an objection was raised to start the work.
Finally the meeting ended without any concrete decision. It has also been demanded that Aditya Thackeray should conduct a joint inspection.________

मुंबई, ता. ६ : नरिमन पॉइंटते वरळीपर्यंतच्या सागरी किनारीमार्गातील मासेमारी मार्गाचा तिढाआजही सुटलेला नाही. मुंबईउपनगरचे पालकमंत्री आणि वरळीचेआमदार आदित्य ठाकरे. व मुंबईचेपालकमंत्री - अस्लंम शेख यांनीघेतलेल्या संयुक्‍त बैठकीतही त्यावरनिर्णय होऊं शकलेला नाही. आताआदित्य ठाकरे यांनी मच्छीमारसमाजाबरोबर प्रत्यक्ष पाहणी करावी,अशी मागणी करण्यात आली आहे.

काही तज्ज्ञांनी पिलळरमधीळ अंतरदोनशे मीटर असावे अशा मागणीचेसमर्थन केले; मात्र त्यावर आयुक्तइक्बालसिंह चहल यांनी आक्षेपनोंदवला. हे त्या तज्ज्ञांचे वैयक्तिक मत असू शकेळ, असे त्यांनी नमूद केले.
त्या ठिकाणच्या दोन पिळरमधीलअंतर २०० मसौटर ठेवण्याची. वरळीकोळीवाड्यातील मच्छीमारांचीमागणी आहे; मात्र महापालिकाप्रशासनाने ते अंतर ६० मीटरप्रस्तावित केळे आहे. त्यामुळेमासेमारीसाठी, जाण्याचा मार्ग बंदहोणार असल्याचा दावा करत कोळीसमाजाने तीव्र आंदोलन छेडले आहे.काही भागांतील कामाबरही परिणामझाला आहे. त्या पार्श्वभूमीवर आजआदित्य ठाकरे यांनी दृक्श्राव्यमाध्यमातून पालिका आयुक्‍त डॉ.इक्बालसिंह चहल यांच्या उपस्थीतीतकोळी समाजाच्या प्रतिनि्धींसमवेतबैठक घेतली.
बैठकीत कोळी समाजाने पिलरमधील अंतर २०० मौटरठेवण्याची मागणी केली. वादग्रस्त भाग सोडून इतर भागांतील बांधकामअडवू नये, अशी भूमिका पालिकाआयुक्तांकडून मांडण्यात आली.त्यावर कोळी समाजाने आक्षेप घेतलाआहे. बांधकाम सुरू झाले तर नंतरआराखड्यात कोणताही बदल. करतायेणार नाही, त्यामुळे काम सुरूकरण्यावर आक्षेप घेण्यात आला.
अखेरीस बैठक कोणत्याहीनिर्णयाशिवाय संफ्ली - असल्याचेसमजते. आदित्य ठाकरे. यांनी प्रत्यक्षसंयुक्‍त पाहणी करावी, अशी मागणीहीकरण्यात आली आहे.
