मुंबई, ता. १६ : मुंबईमहापालिकेने शहरातील १३कोळीवाड्यांच्या सुधारित सीमांकननिश्‍चित करून त्याचा मसुदा जाहीरकेला आहे; मात्र गावांच्या सीमांमधूनमासळी सुकवण्याच्या आणि बोटीलावण्याच्या जागा वगळण्यातआल्याचा आक्षेप ग्रामस्थांनी घेतलाआहे, मुंबई महापालिकेच्या 'विकासआराखडा-२०३४' मध्ये कोळीवाडेआणि गावटठाण्यांना बिशेष दर्जादेण्यात येत असून त्यांच्यासाठीस्वतंत्र नियमावली आहे.
महापालिकेने निश्‍चित केलेल्यासौमांकनावर कोळीवाड्यांमधूनआक्षेप नोंदवळा जात आहे.कोळीवाडा म्हणजे फक्त घरे नाहीत,त्या परिसरात मासळी सुकवण्याचीआणि बोटी लावण्याची मोकळो जागाअसते. या जागा कोळी समाजानेपरंपरने जपल्या आहेत. त्या जागाकोळीवाड्याच्या हद्दीत दाखवण्यातआल्या नसल्याचा आक्षेप कोळीमहासंघाचे सरचिटणीस राजहंसटपके यांनी नमूद केला. विशेषम्हणजे वर्सोबा कोळीवाड्यातीलस्मशानभूमीची जागा गावाबाहेरदाखवण्यात आली आहे. परंपरेनुसारस्मशानभूमी ही गावाच्या वेशीवरअसते. त्यामुळे ही जागा गावाचीचआहे. या जागा गावात न दाखवल्यानेत्यांच्या गावाची मालकी राहाणारनाही. भविष्यात येथे कोणताहोप्रकल्प राबवल्यास त्यावर ग्रामस्थकोणताही आक्षेप घेऊ शकत नाही.
त्यामुळे याबाबत महापालिकेकडेआक्षेपही नोंदविण्यात आल्याचेसांगण्यात आले. तसेच गावठाणाच्याहक्कांसाठी काम करणारेगॉडफ्री पिमेंटो यांनीही जुहूकोळीवाड्याची जागा गावाबाहेरदाखबल्याचे सांगितले. सर्वचठिकाणी ही समस्या असून त्यासाठीस्थानिक कोळीवाड्यांकडूनहीआक्षेप नोंदवले आहे, असेही गॉडफ्रीयांनी सांगितले.
महापालिकेने २०१८ मध्ये मंजूरकेलेल्या विकास आराखड्यात ५२गावठाणे आणि २६ कोळोबाड्यांचेसीमांकन निश्‍चित केले होते.त्यानंतर आता १३ कोळीवाड्यांचेसुधारित सीमांकन करून त्यांचामसुदा जाहीर करण्यात आला आहे.यावर ३० ऑक्टोबरपर्यंत सूचनाआणि हरकती मागवण्यात आल्याआहेत. मुंबईत १८० गावठाणे आणि४२ कोळीवाडे आहेत.
